October 30, 2007There are many days that I come home or leave work in a bad mood because it seems as if the parents of our children don’t give a crap of what their children are doing in or out of class. This goes mostly for my afternoon kids and their parents. The making up of excuses for why they haven’t done their homework, and waht is possibly more important then their English Academy…

To: Aaron/Bridget
Firstly, I want to say “thank you”. Thanks to your teaching, Yonah likes English. Today I heard a pop song from Yonah when we took a shower together. I was very very happy. I appreciate what you have done.
From: Yonah’s Father
This was quite possibly the greatest thing I could have read right now. It just goes to show you, that no matter what you do, knowing you are making a difference is such wonderful reinforcement.
